Agrii Poland leases 2.5 thousand sqm in Hillwood's Ozarow III complex: New warehouse and office location for seed producer

Agrii Poland has leased some 2,500 sqm of warehouse and office space in the modern Hillwood Ozarow III complex. The company, which specializes in the production and distribution of seed, fertilizers, crop protection products and grain, has decided to lease a warehouse and office of about 300 sqm in this strategically located location.

Cogito EU leases modern warehouse space at MLP Gliwice - 4.5 thousand sq. m. for expansion of logistics operations

Cogito EU, a supplier of parts for construction machinery such as Caterpillar, Volvo and JCB, has signed a long-term lease agreement for 4.5 thousand sqm of space at the modern MLP Gliwice logistics center. The new space will be mainly used as a warehouse, with warehouse space of more than 4.3 thousand sqm, as well as social and office spaces. As part of the deal, the company will also gain access to dedicated parking spaces for trucks and cars.
