Insulating greenery: Several hundred coniferous trees create a natural barrier, improving air quality and aesthetics of the surroundings. Hall heating: The use of rooftop air handling units equipped with heat pumps provides efficient and environmentally friendly heating. Infrastructure for cyclists and electric cars: Bike shelters and spaces with electric vehicle chargers promote sustainable transportation. Retention basin: A large retention basin helps manage rainwater, preventing flooding. Photovoltaic panels: phot ovoltaic systems on roofs reduce CO2 emissions and lower energy costs.

In addition, DL Invest Group PM upgraded its biological wastewater treatment plant, increasing its capacity to 1,200 p.e., ensuring efficient waste management and minimizing environmental impact.

DL Invest Park Psary is located in a key location on the S1 national road and near the A1 and A4 highways, providing excellent logistical connections. This asset attracts global companies, including a renowned fashion company that has become a tenant in the park.

The property also served as collateral for €20 million in financing from Invesco, underscoring its importance and value in the commercial real estate market.
