Television operator to become new tenant at MLP Pruszków II

A leading pay-TV broadcaster and producer has become a new tenant at the MLP Pruszków II logistics centre, where it is to take up approximately 2,700 sqm of space.

Commercial real estate companies have once again been coming to the aid of hospitals across Poland. Dinners, healthy snacks, pizzas, sandwiches and plates of sushi are being sent to the doctors, nurses, midwives and paramedics working to save lives and safeguard the health of their patients, and who have no time to prepare their own lunch or dinner while on a 24-hour shift. During the current campaign 10,500 meals have already been supplied to hospitals.

Brownfield, brownfield, brownfield!!! Panattoni demolishes former factory buildings to make way for new City parks

Panattoni, the leading industrial developer in Europe, is bringing new life to former industrial land. Through brownfield developments, the developer is entering into the circular economy, a move which is fully in line with its Go Earthwise with Panattoni policy of environmentally sustainable development. In this type of development, up to 90% of waste is recycled. The latest building to be demolished is the cement plant in Nowa Huta, where City Logistics Kraków I Is to be built with an area of 36,500 sqm. Additionally, a park is to be built in the centre of Konin on the site of a former grain elevator. Brownfield developments now comprise over 10% of all of Panattoni's projects and this proportion is very quickly rising.

Panattoni Park Opole gains a new logistics tenant - PIOMAR

Panattoni, the European industrial market leader, has been developing the first distribution centre in the Opole area, thus confirming the potential of the city and its region – Panattoni Park Opole. Logistics and goods transportation company Piomar has just moved into the centre, occupying almost 5,000 sqm of warehouse space. The park, with a target area of 38,500 sqm, is the ideal location for companies engaged urban operations, such as production, e-commerce or last-mile delivery.

Panattoni employees sportingly raise EUR 64,600 in two weeks - The Robomania CSR initiative

Panattoni’s employees have recently been working out and clocking up the miles in support of UNICEF. In spite of the pandemic restrictions and the switch to hybrid working, as many as 211 Panattoni employees in 8 countries spent two weeks taking part in the company’s ‘Robomania’ campaign, earning points to add to the Activy mobile app. They did this by jogging, working out at home or cycling, in the process accumulating a combined total of 143,777 points. Each point was converted into złoty and then doubled by the company, so that Panattoni finally donated PLN 286,354 (EUR 64,600) to UNICEF, which will go towards supporting children in Sudan, Yemen, Niger and Syria. The charity campaign was held to mark the birthday of the company’s CEO, Robert Dobrzycki, who joined it after a week.

P3 buys plots in Warsaw for city logistics

Warsaw, 10 December 2020 – P3, the long-term owner and developer of warehouse facilities in Europe, expands its portfolio by two urban plots located within the Warsaw agglomeration, on which P3 Warsaw I and P3 Warsaw II parks will be built.
