CTP continues Poland expansion with 500,00 sqm land acquisition

CTP has expanded its Polish land bank by nearly half a million sqm. The company has purchased investment land in four strategic locations that provide the opportunity to build approximately 200,000 sqm of leasable space in the short term, with this land in Łódź, Toruń and the Warsaw agglomeration ready to start the development process. This land acquisition is part of CTP's strategy announced last year to invest €300 million in Poland to grow its warehouse portfolio - a key growth market for CTP.

CTP launches 16th industrial and logistics park in Poland

CTP is starting construction of its first manufacturing and logistics complex in the Podkarpackie region. In Rzeszów, it will build a complex of two facilities with a total leasable area of nearly 50,000 sqm. This will be the company's 16th investment in Poland and the first phase of the project is scheduled for completion in Q3 of this year.

CTP leases 110,000 sqm to Raben Group in Warsaw

CTP has leased approximately 110,000 sqm at the CTPark Warsaw West complex to Raben Group, one of the largest logistics companies in the world. This 10-year lease is the largest transaction in the warehouse and logistics market in Poland this year, for which the Raben Group was advised by Savills, and was also a record-breaking agreement for 2023 across CTP’s entire portfolio.

Low voltage near Opole

Elsteel, a supplier of low voltage electrical installation enclosures, has chosen CTPark Opole as the location of its Polish headquarters. In November, the tenant will move into the third of the four buildings planned in the complex.
