The new production hall will be equipped with environmentally friendly solutions, such as water recycling systems and photovoltaic installations. Such innovations are part of CTP Poland's sustainable development strategy, focusing on minimizing environmental impact.
Development of CTPark Zabrze and Current Tenants
CTPark Zab rze is an industrial complex located on a 21-hectare plot of land. It currently features three halls with a total area of 67,000 sqm. Among the tenants are companies such as PsiBuffet, occupying a facility of about 40,000 sqm, and BBB Industries, leasing about 3,000 sq m in building ZABR01. In addition, Zabrze Cable Factory of the Electro Cable Group will begin its operations in building ZABR05, having leased nearly 12,000 sqm.
Location and Development Prospects
CTPark Zabrze is located in the Katowice Special Economic Zone, which guarantees favorable conditions for investors. An additional advantage is its proximity to the A1 and A4 highways and proximity to the automotive cluster, making the location ideal for companies in the industrial sector.
Plans for the Future
"In addition to the ZABR02 hall under construction, we are planning to build another 13,500 sqm facility at CTPark Zabrze in the future," announces Grzegorz Sikora, business developer at CTP Poland.
