Expansion of CTPark Gdańsk Port

To date, CTP has built two buildings within the CTPark Gdańsk Port project, totaling 117,000 sqm. The complex is already largely commercialized, with companies such as NEFAB Packaging Poland, Morska Agencja Gdynia, and BayWa operating there. The newly acquired land will allow for further expansion of this rapidly growing park.

New Opportunities for SMEs

As part of the second phase of development, CTP will offer both big box spaces and smaller rental modules starting from 400 sqm. These smaller formats, referred to by the developer as CTPBox and CTFlex, are particularly attractive to the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) sector, which is the largest segment of the Polish economy. Piotr Flugel, managing director at CTP Poland, emphasizes, "These smaller formats are particularly interesting for SMEs because they provide infrastructure for flexible, sustainable growth."

Sustainable Development and BREEAM Certification

The CTPark Gdańsk Port project is not only an innovative space for industry and logistics but also a model of sustainable development. The facilities within the park can apply for BREEAM certification, which confirms their high environmental standards. This approach not only reduces operating costs but also increases the market value of the properties.
