Panattoni to start Siedlce park

European industrial real estate market leader Panattoni is building a distribution centre in Siedlce and by doing so it is also opening up a new market for modern warehousing space. Panattoni Park Siedlce comprising 24,600 sqm is to be an alternative location to Warsaw and will meet the demands of thriving e-commerce, as well as of local business development. The project is being built not far from the centre of the city near the A2 motorway just over an hour from Warsaw.

Panattoni, the leading industrial developer in Europe, has launched construction work on Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska III. The project is already 95 pct leased, with one of the future tenants being midocean, an industry-leading wholesaler of personalised promotional products, textiles and business gifts across the continent. The tenant has leased over 40,000 sqm for its main European logistics and printing centre. midocean is to use numerous sustainable solutions such as heat recovery systems, and solar panels and is to move into its new centre in the middle of 2022.

Szczecin comes to the fore. DSV Prime Cargo doubles its premises at Panattoni Park Goleniów to almost 10,000 sqm

European industrial real estate market leader Panattoni is continuing to make a major contribution to bringing Szczecin closer to joining Poland’s so-called ‘Big Five’ warehousing markets. So far, the developer has delivered almost 270,000 sqm in the region – around 30 pct of its entire industrial stock. The potential of Western Pomerania is also being recognised by new tenants. One example is the international logistics forwarder DSV Prime Cargo, which has just extended its lease in Panattoni Park Goleniów while at the same time doubling the space it occupies to almost 10,000 sqm. The park, which is located close to Poland’s western border and Szczecin-Goleniów Airport, has a significant advantage for the company of excellent connections with both the German and Scandinavian markets.

Eurocash Serwis, a specialist distributor of tobacco and other products for cashier zones, has renegotiated its lease for over 5,400 sqm of warehouse and 660 sqm of office and social space in Panattoni Park Janki I.

Poznań West Gate to total 65,000 sqm - Panattoni with over 1 million sqm in the region

European industrial real estate market leader Panattoni is developing 65,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate and on completion will have delivered over a million sqm in the region. The developer is building a distribution centre with over 100 loading docks. The entire project is to be BREEAM certified with a rating of 'Excellent'. The complex will be completed in March 2022 in western Poland and due to its proximity to the S11 expressway and the A2 motorway, it will have excellent connections to Germany as well as with the most important logistics areas in the country.

Wrocław Campus 39, the ideal location for e-commerce – where Panattoni has leased out almost 80,000 sqm and has 160,000 sqm under construction

European industrial market leader Panattoni is launching Wrocław Campus 39, its largest project in Lower Silesia. The developer has already leased almost 85,000 sqm of the park to two tenants – 78,000 sqm of which will be used for e-commerce. Currently, 160,000 sqm is under construction, half of which will be ready in September this year. Campus Wrocław 39 will eventually offer 200,000 sqm and is to be BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certified.
