Tiberina Group and its subsidiary U-Form, an Italian supplier of automotive components across the EMEA region, has leased 23,150 sqm in the complex, which is to be its first Polish location. It was represented by Cresa for this transaction and will take up its space in Q4 2021. Nodium Group, the Polish owner of the sport-shop.pl and nodik.pl online platforms, is to consolidate its operations by expanding its existing premises, bringing its total up to 15,000 sqm.

Panattoni Park Tychy will comprise two buildings with a target area of around 80,000 sqm. The complex is situated around 5 km from the A1 motorway, which links Poland’s southern border with the coast in the north, and is also 2 km from national road 44.
