Modern plant in a convenient location

The planned 15,000-square-meter facility will be built at a strategic point - 8 km from the center of Lodz and only 4 km from the A1 highway. Such a location provides excellent transportation accessibility for employees and convenient logistical transportation. In addition, the plot has been designed with future expansion in mind. The development is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of next year.

BTO investment - an expression of trust in the developer

The building is being developed under the BTO (build-to-own) formula, which means that it will become the property of the E.G.O. company. - This is a major distinction for Panattoni. As Marek Dobrzycki, partner at Panattoni, emphasizes:
"The building is being constructed under the BTO formula - on the client's property, and this is always an expression of great trust for the developer. We are pleased that E.G.O. entrusted us with the construction of such an important facility. By building ambitious projects for market leaders, we contribute to the development of the entire region."

Tailored project

Panattoni, in cooperation with the E.G.O. team, designed the plant according to the technological requirements to support the company's further growth. As noted by Katarzyna Kujawiak, Development Director at Panattoni:
"We offered the property in a prime location - close to the existing headquarters and strategic business partners. The production facility was designed in close cooperation with the client's team to perfectly meet the technological requirements and support the company's further development."

Panattoni's successes in the Lodz region

Panattoni boasts extensive experience in the Lodz region. The company has developed more than 2.3 million sqm of warehouse and manufacturing space here, including the Central European Logistics Hub - one of the largest industrial complexes in Europe.

Thanks to the cooperation with E.G.O., Lodz is gaining another modern production facility, which not only supports the local economy, but also contributes to the region's importance on the industrial map of Europe.
