The new hall, in accordance with Panattoni's standards, will be equipped with solutions to reduce energy and water consumption, which will contribute to lower operating costs. The building will receive a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level, confirming the high level of sustainability.

Upon completion of the third hall, Panattoni Park Warsaw West will encompass a total of more than 90 thousand square meters of warehouse and production space, making it a significant point on the logistics map of the Warsaw region.
