Panattoni begins construction of new warehouse space for XBS Logistics

Panattoni Park Warsaw West in Blonie will be enriched with a new third and final logistics and warehouse facility of approximately 16,500 sqm, dedicated to XBS Logistics. The new warehouse space, which is expected to be ready for use in July 2025, will enable XBS Logistics to further develop its logistics operations and secure additional space for future contracts.

Panattoni completes huge BTS in western Poland

Panattoni has finished the last stage of Panattoni Park Sulechów III. The centre has been developed for BestSecret clothing distributor. The building has a total area of 136,000 sqm, which makes it one of the largest logistics centres in the region.

Panattoni Europe to build a factory for Ontex – approx. 26,000 sqm in Radomsko

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, is to build a factory for Ontex, a Belgian producer of personal hygiene products. The facility featuring in excess of 26,000 sqm will be located in Radomsko, within the Łódź Special Economic Zone (ŁSSE). Construction works are about to begin in early December, and are scheduled to end in July 2018.

Panattoni Europe wins Prime Property Prize 2015

Panattoni Europe, industrial property market leader, has won the Prime Property Prize 2015 for Investment Project of the Year: Logistics and Warehouse Space Market with its BTS Amazon project in Sady near Poznań. Additionally, Robert Dobrzycki was named Man of the Year in this year's edition of the competition. The winners were announced during a gala ceremony accompanying the Property Forum 2015, on 28 September 2015 in Warsaw's Vitkac department store.
