First phase of the investment - Hebe distribution center  

 

Construction of the first hall, with an area of more than 33 thousand sqm, will begin in December, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025. A second building of nearly 19 thousand sqm will also be built in the future. As part of the investment, a modern BTS (build-to-suit) distribution center will be prepared for Hebe, which will support the brand's development in Poland for the next 10 years. The drugstore has leased 22,000 sqm of warehouse space.

Hebe's distribution center will be equipped with modern technologies to streamline logistics and increase operational efficiency. It will feature, among other things, a pick-tower mezzanine, internal transport equipment to improve work ergonomics and comfortable social facilities.

The project will be built at a strategic point in the Silesian province. The distance from the S1 expressway is only 2.2 km, and from its junction with the A4 highway - 12 km. In turn, the park is only 16 km from the center of Katowice , which provides quick access to Poland's main transportation routes.
