Modern Warehouse Panattoni Park Szczecin Dunikowo: Harden Construction's investment for Retai Industry Leader

A modern distribution facility is being built in Szczecin, 2 km from the A6 highway, in the Dunikowo special economic zone. The project, being developed by Harden Construction, includes the construction of a Panattoni Park Szczecin Dunikowo warehouse with more than 53,000 sqm of usable space, which is seeking BREEAM certification at the Outstanding level. Panattoni has begun construction of a 9,500 sqm facility tailored for Air Spiralo, a ventilation systems manufacturer. The manufacturing and warehouse facility will be located in Szamotuły, near the company's main headquarters in Poland. The project is valued at nearly €8.4 million.

Panattoni completes its largest project in Małopolska
