The newly leased space at Panattoni Park Goleniow I will be used mainly for warehousing, with an additional 800 sqm allocated for offices. "Panattoni has guaranteed us a great location in Goleniow, where we already operate another distribution center. The full commercialization of Panattoni Park Goleniow I is proof of the growing interest of investors in the Szczecin region. "Panattoni has already delivered 800,000 sqm of space in the West Pomeranian market, and has another 83,000 sqm under construction." - notes Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, managing director at Panattoni. The logistics park is located in the Goleniów Industrial Park, near the A6 highway and the S3 route, close to the Szczecin-Goleniów Airport and the high seas Port of Szczecin-Świnoujście.

Panattoni Park Goleniow I consists of two Class A warehouse buildings and has been certified under the BREEAM system, confirming its compliance with the highest environmental standards. "With this transaction, the entire park has been leased, which demonstrates the ever-growing interest of investors in the Szczecin region," Jagodzińska-Sasson adds.
