The grocery retailer is to take up 54,000 sqm of warehouse and office space and the building is to be certified under BREEAM with a rating of ‘Very Good’. The warehouse is to have a 12m clear-height, solar panels on the roof as well as numerous skylights and electric vehicle charging stations. Graphene Partners helped with the design of the centre while the ten-year lease was brokered by JLL. The centre is to be developed in two stages and completed in Q1 2022.
