H-Logistics Extends Lease Agreement at Segro Logistics Park Gliwice

H-Logistics, a company that is part of the Helion publishing group, has announced the extension of its lease agreement for nearly 3,300 sqm of warehouse and office space at Segro Logistics Park Gliwice. The company has been operating in the facility continuously since 2007, providing comprehensive logistics services for individual customers, the book market and retail chains.

Expansion of the Pol-Mak Plant in Ilawa: New Hall and Office Building on the Horizon

Pol-Mak Group, which specializes in the production of decorative paper goods, is expanding its plant in Ilawa. As part of this investment, the warehouse and production hall will be enlarged and a new office building will be constructed. The implementation and design of the investment is being handled by WPIP Construction.

Panattoni has been granted financing to develop a factory for global lighting producer Trilux. The loan of €18.3 million was granted by Alior Bank.

MLP starts construction of new BTS facility near Poznań

MLP Poznań witnessed a foundation stone laying ceremony for a new project to be developed for HAVI Logistics. Once completed, the new facility – comprising 16,000 sqm of space – is scheduled for handover at the beginning of the second half of 2024. The project contracted to WPIP Construction, will undergo a BREEAM New Construction certification of ‘Excellent’.

MLP Group announces €41 million bond issue

MLP Group has successfully placed €41 million worth of bonds, comprising an entire issue, with 35 investors in a public offering intended for qualified buyers. The transaction was arranged and conducted by mBank. The Warsaw office of global law firm Taylor Wessing provided legal advice to MLP Group, and mBank was advised by CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang.

New large tenant at Logicor Okęcie logistics park

New Post International Poland Limited Liability has selected and leased approximately 5,600 square meters of a warehouse with office space in the "Logicor Okęcie" logistics park in Warsaw. The consulting company Litwiniuk Property advised the Tenant in choosing a location in Poland.

Panattoni receives financing for Ruda Śląska asset

Panattoni has recently started construction of another hall within Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska II. Now the company has secured financing for the investment. The €9.4 million loan was provided by Millennium Bank.
