The 97,000 sqm Hillwood Lodz Chocianowice logistics park is located in the strategic southern part of the city, just off the S14 expressway and near the Port Lodz shopping center. The commercialization process has been successfully completed following the signing of an agreement between Univacco Europe and Hillwood Poland. The company has leased nearly 4,700 sqm of warehouse space and 269 sqm of office space, and was assisted in the transaction by consultant Knight Frank.

Univacco Europe, which is part of the Taiwanese Univacco Technology group, specializes in modern printing technologies on various materials. From the beginning, it was planned for the company's European headquarters to be located in Poland, allowing for an optimal location for a distribution center.

Katarzyna Żbikowska, business development director at Hillwood Poland, emphasizes: "In a competitive market, what still counts above all is a great location, excellent communication of the facility and the possibility to flexibly adapt the building to the client's requirements."
