Four lease agreements have been signed for a total lease area of about 16,000 sqm at MDC2 Park Krakow South: with Emerald, a distributor of JHK-branded clothing (4150 sqm), French company Iris Galerie, pursuing a unique concept of using the iris of the eye to create works of art (4100 sqm), AiK Tezeusz, Poland's largest player in the book re-commerce market (3500 sqm), and Libris, which manages paper and electronic records of businesses (4100 sqm).
