“To serve our rapidly growing customer base, we urgently needed additional space in the vicinity of our current location. Our transportation hub in Błonie has been very successful,” says Tomasz Tyczyński, President of Arteria Logistics.
P3 Błonie logistics park is located 27 km to the west of Warsaw, by the junction of national road 92 and the A2 motorway. It consists of 14 buildings. The owner of the park is P3 Logistic Parks. The facility of Arteria will comprise 7,500 sqm of warehouse space and 200 sqm of office space.
“We supported Arteria S.A. in their acquisition of additional space. We had recommended space in the same building and as soon as it was vacated, we began negotiations with the landlord,” says Jakub Kurek, Associate Director, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Cresa Poland.
