GLP Warsaw III Logistics Center is distinguished by an above-standard height of 12 meters and solutions in accordance with GLP's best practices in the field of sustainable development. The number of skylights in the building was increased, improving the natural illumination of the dockside zone, and LED lighting controlled by the DALI system was also used. In the car park, you can use electric vehicle chargers, and there are houses for insects in the green areas.
Among the tenants using GLP Warsaw III Logistics Center, there are already such companies as Sanico and Mateus. There is still space available in the building - the facility is properly divided and ready for other users to move in.
The completion of this project is a significant achievement in the context of the current market situation. GLP Warsaw III Logistics Center guarantees efficient access to recipients both in the capital and throughout eastern Poland. The proximity of Warsaw is also an advantage for employers who draw on a pool of highly qualified specialists. We are observing unflagging demand for warehouse space in the vicinity of Warsaw, which is why we are already building 24,000 sq m. sq m Warsaw V Logistics Center in Natolin, next to the A2 Grodzisk Mazowiecki junction - says Magdalena Górska-Wojtas, responsible for GLP's business development in and around Warsaw.
