Key Features of the Warehouse

City Logistics Warsaw VI features a spacious warehouse hall, a modern pump station, and a gatehouse. The building is surrounded by nearly a hectare of green spaces, creating a worker-friendly environment. The facility offers 25 warehouse docks, 35 parking spaces for trucks, and 159 spaces for passenger vehicles. The entire investment was completed using the "design and build" model, marking Harden Construction's debut on the Warsaw market.

Sustainability and Ecology

During construction, materials were sourced from local suppliers, significantly reducing the carbon footprint. The facility incorporates innovative technological solutions that allow full control over utility consumption. Traditional heating systems were replaced with an eco-friendly MPEC system. Additionally, the warehouse roof was reinforced to support the installation of photovoltaic panels, further optimizing operating costs.

These solutions also prepare the facility for future challenges posed by increasingly stringent environmental regulations. Notably, the warehouse will seek a BREEAM certification at the Excellent level, confirming its top-tier standards in sustainable construction .
