Libris Poland, part of the Libris Global Holdings Limited group, operates in the European Union countries and specializes in paper and electronic records management and modern archival services.

"We chose MLP due to the fact that their green measures fit well with our sustainable development strategy. As the only logistics park, MLP is planning zero-emission solutions," explains Pawel Gąsior, board member of Libris Poland.

MLP Pruszków II, located in the municipality of Brwinów near Warsaw, will eventually have an area of 420,000 square meters. The buildings in the complex are BREEAM-certified.

MLP Group's "build & hold" strategy is to keep logistics parks in its portfolio and manage them independently after construction.
