The company, which specialises in large-format stores, was founded in neighbouring Bielso-Biała. It has been prompted to expand into the park, where it has also leased 1,000 sqm of office space, due to the growth of its e-commerce operations. The developer of the park, 7R, is to begin construction on the 22,000 sqm park for the company next January and should complete it nine months later.
7R Beskid Park, 7R Beskid Park II and 7R BTS Beskid III are the most southerly of 7R facilities in the country. They have excellent communications with the region and beyond. All three locations are close to the borders of the Czech Republic and Slovakia and further complement our network of warehouses in Silesia. What is important is that we are extending our network even further in this region, and this proves that our warehouse locations are appreciated by tenants.
