The loan for the construction of Panattoni Park Krakow East IV is the second loan recently granted to the developer for projects in the Malopolska region. This month, the bank also provided financing for the development of City Logistics Kraków III.

The center was built in Niepołomice, one of the most popular locations for industrial real estate in Małopolska, and is already fully commercialized. The total area of 18,100 sq. m. Panattoni Park Kraków East IV has been leased by Polish logistics operator Omega Pilzno. The company will be able to take advantage of a number of environmentally friendly and energy-efficient solutions, and the center will pass BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. The development is located near one of the A4 highway's interchanges.
Last year, the developer completed its largest project in Małopolska - the 56,500 sqm Panattoni Park Kraków North. It also completed two parks in Skawina: Panattoni Park Kraków West I and Panattoni Park Kraków West III. City Logistics Kraków Airport II and Panattoni Park Kraków East IV were delivered this year, and City Logistics Kraków III remains under construction.
"The industrial real estate market in Krakow has its own peculiarities - limited land availability and low saturation levels mean that the region has one of the lowest vacancy rates in the country. At the same time, the potential is huge, mainly due to human capital - the second largest city in Poland and prosperous universities. Panattoni is consistently developing its portfolio here, responding to demand," Karina Trojańska explains.
