MDC2 Park Kraków South welcomes new tenants

Four lease agreements have been signed for a total lease area of about 16,000 sqm at MDC2 Park Krakow South: with Emerald, a distributor of JHK-branded clothing (4150 sqm), French company Iris Galerie, pursuing a unique concept of using the iris of the eye to create works of art (4100 sqm), AiK Tezeusz, Poland's largest player in the book re-commerce market (3500 sqm), and Libris, which manages paper and electronic records of businesses (4100 sqm).

CEE's share in European property investment volume grows in 2024

Property investments in CEE have accounted for 6% of the total volume recorded across Europe, during 2024, to around €7.7 billion, according to estimates by Cushman & Wakefield.

DL Invest Group has completed the acquisition of a 270,000 sqm brownfield - a production and warehouse complex in Bielsko-Biała. The price is ca €25 million.

The property in Bielsko-Biała covers 52.8 hectares and includes the former FCA Powertrain Poland factory, previously dedicated to car engine production.

Panattoni announces a new investment in the Silesian region - Panattoni Park Sosnowiec V, which will start construction as early as December 2024.
