Prior to the new agreement, Copper-Joint used 5,000 sqm of warehouse space and about 170 sqm of offices. As a result of the expansion, the company will gain not only additional warehouse space, but also an external, two-story office of 200 sqm, tailored to its specific needs.

Special adaptation for light manufacturing

The new space will be prepared with light manufacturing in mind, which requires special solutions. As Piotr Krawczyk, senior leasing manager at LCube, points out:
"To ensure adequate daylight for employees, we plan to increase the hall's illumination by installing glazing in the facade."

The Goleński Technology Park, where the facility is located, is a space for more than 50 investors, including many from the wind industry - a key industry for Copper-Joint.

Copper-Joint: a global leader in the energy industry

Headquartered in Singapore, Copper-Joint provides solutions for the energy sector, covering traditional power generation as well as renewable energy sources (RES) and electromobility. The company's customers include such global brands as Vestas, Siemens, ABB and Eaton.

Jayden Deng, COO of Copper-Joint Electric, explains:
"With the new space at LCube Szczecin Goleniow, we can expand our activities in Poland related to power and wind projects. We plan to launch another production line at this location to complement our offerings. LCube has become known as a reliable partner, hence the decision to expand our cooperation was natural for us."

Strategic location of LCube Szczecin-Goleniow

The LCube Szczecin-Goleniow logistics park, which offers 11,000 sqm of warehouse space and 1,100 sqm of office space, is located near the S3, S6 expressways and the A6 highway, connecting Poland with Berlin. The location enables fast delivery to both the domestic market and Scandinavia, Germany and other Western countries.

Further development through cooperation with IPOPEMA TFI

At the end of 2022, LCube sold a plot of land with an investment project in Goleniów to a fund managed by IPOPEMA Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych. Despite the change of ownership, LCube remained responsible for the commercialization of the park, which confirms the effectiveness of the implemented activities.

The expansion of Copper-Joint's operations in LCube Szczecin-Goleniów is an example of fruitful cooperation between the tenant and the developer, and confirms the attractiveness of this location for the technology and logistics industry.
