Excellent Location in the Center of Transport Routes  

 

7R Park Gliwice will be built in a location that provides convenient access to the main transportation arteries - the A1 and A4 highways, which are part of the E40 European route. This strategic location will facilitate rapid transport of goods not only within Poland, but also to international markets. The proximity to Katowice and the Katowice-Pyrzowice airport further strengthens the attractiveness of this location for companies in the logistics and distribution industry.

 

Flexible Space for Tenants  

 

The first phase of the project will offer about 40,000 sqm of warehouse space, which can be divided into smaller modules to suit individual tenants' needs. Magda Twarowska, leasing director at 7R, emphasizes:

Green Solutions and Certificates  

 

7R Gliwice Park I is not only logistics, but also advanced technological solutions with the environment in mind. The facility will be equipped with photovoltaic panels, destratification, LED lighting and daylighting systems for unloading zones. This will enable a significant reduction in energy consumption, which is in line with global trends related to green logistics.

In addition, the project has been designed to meet the requirements of BREEAM certification, at least at the Very Good level, which confirms the high environmental standard of the investment.

 

Cooperation with Quantum Development  

 

The project is being implemented under a joint venture, in cooperation with Quantum Development. This form of cooperation ensures optimal use of the resources and potential of both companies, which accelerates the pace of implementation and raises quality standards.
