In June, DesleeClama leased the last available unit in the park. The consulting agency CBRE acted as a broker.
The space is being adapted to the needs of the tenant. The Belgian company will occupy 3,300 sq m, which will be adjusted to production activities, offices and a social area. The start of operations is scheduled for the beginning of October.

Segro Business Park Lodz provides a high quality warehouse, cross-docking and also smaller business units, starting from 750 sq m. The total planned warehouse space of the park located on 13.5 ha of land, can amassed over 55,000 sq m.
