Largest retail park in LCP Properties' portfolio

M Park Mrągowo, located on Olsztyńska Street, will offer more than 15,000 sqm of gross leasable area (GLA) with 26 units, making it the largest retail facility owned by LCP Properties. The project was purchased by LCP in July this year from Green Hills Investment. The center is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2025.

There will be a parking lot with 380 spaces for cars, including charging stations for electric vehicles, which is in line with current environmental trends. The developer has also announced that it will apply for BREEAM certification at the Very Good level , raising the standard of the investment and its market value.

Well-known brands among tenants

M Park's tenants include both international and Polish brands, including grocery operator Lidl, Rossmann, Pepco, Dealz, CCC, Martes Sport, Media Expert and food chain KFC. Recent lease agreements have been signed with Half Price (1.3 thousand sqm) and Diverse (270 sqm).

As Katarzyna Szeleźnik, Acquisition & Leasing Director at LCP Properties, notes:

"Tenant interest has exceeded our expectations, which is proof of the huge potential of this location. We are grateful for the trust our business partners have placed in us, thanks to which M Park Mrągowo will soon offer a variety of brands and services to meet the needs of the local community. After a smoothly conducted commercialization, we can currently focus on completing the construction process and slowly think about the opening itself."

Strategic location

M Park Mrągowo is being developed in an excellent transportation point, right next to an existing DIY store, an Orlen gas station and a McDonald's restaurant. The location will provide easy access for both Mrągowo residents and tourists visiting the area.

Eco-friendly and modern solutions

A BREEAM certification of Very Good and the installation of chargers for electric vehicles underscore LCP Properties' commitment to developing sustainable and environmentally friendly projects. This approach meets the expectations of today's customers, for whom environmental issues are increasingly important.

M Park Mrągowo exemplifies a modern approach to the design of commercial spaces that meet the needs of both the local community and business. With its diverse tenants and strategic location, the facility is poised to become one of the key points on the commercial map of northeastern Poland.
