Futureal Investments Partners is a recently formed company of the Futureal group, dealing with real estate investments and asset management. The company will begin the renovation of the Wratislavia Tower office building in the center of Wrocław in August 2022, and the works will be completed in Q2 2023. The renovation will include the modernization of the facade and technical installations, including the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system. The main goal of the investor is to reduce the consumption of electricity and water in order to create a more energy-sustainable building. The entertainment areas in the building will be completely renovated - the cinema is planned to be modernized, and a dozen electric car charging stations will be built in the underground car park.

Under the contract signed in June, the City of Wrocław leased 54 percent. building for 10 years. The signing of the contract was announced during the New Horizons Film Festival Gala. The event is considered to be one of the best film festivals in this part of Europe and has been held in Wratislavia Tower for 17 years. It has just been agreed that the event will remain at the same location for the next 10 years.
