Michał Ulasiński, as the Head of Architecture at 7R, will lead a team of architects, who will focus on the design and implementation of modern solutions that improve the comfort of a building’s users. These solutions also take into account the integration of 7R projects in their respective surroundings areas as well as the environmental impact these buildings may have.

We have a long track record of working closely with tenants right from the early stages of designing their industrial and warehouse space. Thanks to our in-house architecture department, we can look at the specific needs of the business they run and how best to fit the building to a particular type of operations. Michał’s appointment will further strengthen our team. Michał Ulasiński has over 20 years’ experience in designing office, retail, and residential buildings as well as hotels and medical facilities. Before joining 7R, he worked in various positions including Head of Design & Build for the Polish branch of Cushman & Wakefield. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at the Gdańsk University of Technology.

Observing the extremely rapid development of the warehouse and logistics real estate sector that has taken place in recent years, I am pleased to have joined the 7R team, which was the first to introduce the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics urban warehouse, and 7R Green concepts to the Polish commercial real estate market.
