The investment will cover the area of Wacława i Rodzinna streets.
Earlier, in 2012, ProLogis already build three halls in Sokołów municipality within the first phase of Prologis Park Janki, where the total area of warehouse and office space amassed up to almost 95 thousand. sqm. The general contractor was Depenbrock.
Prologis plans another logistics centre in Mazovia region
The preparations are underway for the construction of six warehouses with office space plus necessary facilities. The project is to be constructed in Michałowice municipality. The total planned buit area covers approx. 127.000 sqm. of logistics space together with offices.
