Construction projects on industrial sites - pollution challenges

Point of View extends lease at Mapletree Kalwaria

Point of View, a company specializing in logistics and warehousing services, has decided to extend its lease at the Mapletree Kalwaria facility. The leased space comprises nearly 8,000 sqm, including more than 7,500 sqm of warehouse space and 440 sqm for offices and social space.

Loop Myslowice: LemonTree's state-of-the-art warehouse development is up and running

Loop Myslowice, a new warehouse development by LemonTree, has been completed and is fully leased. The 9,800-square-meter facility, which includes warehouse and office spaces, gained tenants even before construction was completed

Lodz Hillwood Logistics Centers Leased Entirely

Two strategically located logistics centers in Lodz - Hillwood Lodz Chocianowice and Hillwood Lodz Górna - have reached full occupancy. The latest lease was signed at the Hillwood Łódź Górna complex with a customer from the electronics industry. Together, the two developments offer more than 212,000 sqm of modern warehouse space, highlighting their importance on the logistics map of Poland.

Panattoni begins construction of new warehouse space for XBS Logistics

Panattoni Park Warsaw West in Blonie will be enriched with a new third and final logistics and warehouse facility of approximately 16,500 sqm, dedicated to XBS Logistics. The new warehouse space, which is expected to be ready for use in July 2025, will enable XBS Logistics to further develop its logistics operations and secure additional space for future contracts.
