The hall in Gdynia will replace the present car wash, hydrophore and gatehouse, which have already been demolished. The facility will have an office and social area. A new concierge and pumping station will be built next to it. The investment also provides for the construction of internal roads, maneuvering yards, parking lots, pavements and external installations. The author of the design is the architect Bartosz Borkowski.

As the general contractor declares, the works will take seven months.
