The park consists of two halls where international supply chain management companies DHL Supply Chain and Arvato conduct their logistics operations. The larger hall is a BTS (Built-to-Suit) facility prepared for DHL Supply Chain to handle logistics processes for the Zalando fashion platform. The center distributes products to European markets, including Poland and Germany.
Another successful Panattoni transaction
The sale of Panattoni Park Poznań XI is another significant transaction finalized by Panattoni in a short period of time. In March of this year, the developer also sold Panattoni Park Wroclaw West Gate.
"The completed transactions confirm the high quality of the investment products offered by Panattoni," - comments Michal Stanislawski, Director of Asset Sales at Panattoni. "In both cases, we are dealing with modern, perfectly located industrial parks, which represent an attractive investment for international capital. The interest from specialized investors proves the solid foundations of the Polish market and encourages the implementation of growth strategies."
Panattoni Park Poznañ XI has a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level, and in the categories "Water", "Waste" and "Health and Comfort of Users" it received the highest Outstanding rating. Thanks to the solutions used, the facility's water consumption has been reduced by more than 60%, and energy consumption by 18% compared to standard buildings. The facility and its surroundings have been prepared in view of the climate changes taking place in the long term.
Last year, Panattoni finalized the sale of 12 parks in Poland with a total value of around €500 million. This represents more than 50% of the developer's share of domestic industrial real estate transaction volume.
