Our plans assume that by 2025 the portfolio of projects implemented by 7R should exceed 4.5 million sq m. We are present on the largest warehouse markets in Poland, and we are currently expanding the area of activity with new locations. In Bydgoszcz, at ul. Wojska Polskiego we are building an environmentally friendly, large-scale warehouse complex. The first tenants will move into the facility in spring 2022 - says Bartłomiej Krawiecki, vice president and COO at 7R.
7R Park Bydgoszcz will be located in the south-eastern part of the city. According to the schedule, the developer will build two facilities. The first one will be put into operation in May next year, the next one in the fourth quarter of 2022. The general contractor for the project is Atlas Ward.
The space in the first building of 7R Park Bydgoszcz will be adapted to the specific requirements of tenants - the Stokrotka grocery chain and Rohlig Suus Logistics. Part of the complex will include a cross-dock terminal. Another building within the park will be delivered in accordance with the latest 7R standard. The storage height in almost the entire facility will be 11.7 m.
The facility in Bydgoszcz will be certified in the BREEAM system.
