City Logistics Poznań III is the largest facility of its kind in Poland, dedicated to handling logistics, warehousing and manufacturing processes. The total area is nearly 44 thousand sqm, of which 4.2 thousand sqm is a controlled temperature and humidity zone, which allows the storage of goods requiring special conditions.
The facility was designed and constructed in accordance with the highest standards of sustainable construction, as confirmed by BREEAM certification at the Excellent level and meeting FM Global requirements. "Raben Group has indicated from the very beginning that the warehouse must meet the requirements of sustainable construction and be as environmentally friendly as possible," emphasized Paweł Fiuczek, managing director at Harden Construction.
Innovative Technologies and Green Solutions
City Logistics Poznań III has been designed to minimize environmental impact. The facility uses systems to reduce energy and water consumption, and the roof has been prepared for the installation of photovoltaic panels, which will help to make the building zero-emission in the future. This approach allows Raben Logistics Polska to provide advanced services such as contract logistics, co-packing and co-manufacturing in an environmentally friendly and sustainable manner.
Key Tenant - Mars Wrigley
Harden Construction not only completed the construction, but also took care of the full leasing of the facility. All of the warehouse space has been leased to Mars Wrigley, which operates an adjacent chewing gum and mints plant - one of the largest of its kind in the world.
