Poland is divided into several major warehouse regions that concentrate the majority of warehouse space. The main regions are:

Warsaw and surrounding areas - This region is the most important logistics center in the country. Thanks to its strategic location, proximity to the capital and developed road infrastructure (including the A2 highway), Warsaw attracts numerous warehouse investments.

Upper Silesia - Due to its central location and excellent transportation network, Upper Silesia is a key region for logistics. Some of the largest warehouse centers in Poland are located here, with easy access to the A4 highway.

Central Poland - Includes Łódź, among others, which has become the logistics center of the country thanks to its central location and proximity to the A1 and A2 highways.

Lower Silesia - This region, with Wroclaw as its main center, is attractive due to its proximity to the German border and well-developed road infrastructure.

Greater Poland - Includes Poznań and surrounding areas, which are strategically located at the intersection of important transportation routes.
