The 13.4 ha plot, which lies on ul. Pszczyńska just off the junction of the A1 and A4 motorways, will be the site of MDC² Park Gliwice, a three-building complex with 52,000 sqm of warehouse space.

The project is to be designed and built according to BREEAM New Construction 'Excellent' standards, using 95 pct recyclable construction materials and with PV panels on the roofs. It will also feature green areas and outdoor sports facilities.

Upper Silesia is one of the most attractive warehouse regions in Poland with a growing interest among tenants. Construction work on the speculative project is scheduled to begin in Q3 2021 and to be completed in Q2 2022.
