The collaboration between Panattoni, LCN and K-Flex – a producer of flexible insulation and acoustic materials – has been ongoing for nearly 10 years, encompassing 100,000 sqm of production and warehouse space. As part of the K-Flex campus, the developer provided six buildings, four of which were funded by LCN Capital Partners – a private equity investor active in North America and Europe. The company has shown interest in assets provided by Panattoni once again, with the latest transaction involving the purchase of a 33,000 sqm logistics centre.

The K-Flex campus is situated about a 10-minute drive from the A2 motorway, providing easy access to key markets in Poland and Europe, including Łódź, Warsaw, Poznań, and Berlin.
