Good Point V is a 30,000 m² industrial and warehouse complex that is now fully occupied. Previously, the first two buildings were leased by Dr Irena Eris S.A. and Sales Service Sp. z o.o., and now Fulfilio Sp. z o.o. has joined as the newest tenant.
Warehouse No. 2 has been tailored to Fulfilio’s needs—its logistics space will be used for B2B and B2C order fulfillment, while the modern office area will serve as the company’s new headquarters.

Good Point V has been designed in line with ESG principles, and the first two buildings have already received the BREEAM International New Construction V6 certification at the Excellent level. Warehouse No. 2 is currently undergoing the certification process, reinforcing the project's commitment to sustainability.
Located in Łubna, right next to National Road 79, the complex offers convenient access to Warsaw and key transportation routes.
