Wrocław Campus, after the extension, will have 350,000 sq m. sqm in six buildings on an area of 75 hectares. The warehouse space in the complex is used by companies from the e-commerce and automotive industries: ID Logistics/Amazon, the Korean logistics operator Unico and the manufacturer of car cables Leoni.
The complex will undergo BREEAM environmental certification at the Excellent level. The developer, among others will strengthen the roof for photovoltaic installations and prepare green areas. Panattoni will also build road, electricity, water supply and sewage infrastructure accompanying the facilities.
