Panattoni Park Kraków East V will feature a Class A warehouse with a total area of 39,000 sqm. Of this, 8,000 sqm will be occupied by Highway Automotive, which will use the space to support its global operations starting in May 2025. "Our company is growing year by year. BREEAM Certification at Excellent Level

The new park will undergo environmental certification through the BREEAM method at the Excellent level, confirming its compliance with the highest environmental standards. This allows tenants to benefit from reduced operating costs and increased market value for their businesses.

Panattoni is steadily expanding its operations in the Małopolska region. To date, it has completed over 290,000 sqm of industrial space in the area. Last year, the developer delivered its largest regional investment – Panattoni Park Kraków North, with an area of 56,500 sqm, along with two parks located in Skawina.
